Cancellation

   Our processing time for orders is 48 hours. Customers can cancel orders within 48 hours or before the goods are shipped. If the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

   We accept return on products. Customers has the right to apply for return within 7 days after the receipt.

   To be eligible for a return, the item you are returning must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Additionally, the item must be returned in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your return directly back to the manufacturer.

   Customers will receive a refund for the cost of the item and any shipping fees paid; however, the shipping costs incurred for the return itself must be borne by the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)

   Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received the returned merchandise.

   Subsequently, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your refund request is approved, we will proceed to process the refund immediately; the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your credit card or original method of payment within three business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

   If you have not yet received your refund, please first contact your credit card company or bank, as refunds typically require some processing time to appear in your account. If you have completed all of the above steps but still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team for assistance at service@thefirstyoung.com.

How do I return an item?

   Valid only for items purchased from thefirstyoung.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact our customer service team at service@thefirstyoung.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Process:

  1. Please contact our customer service team, providing your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond to you within 24 hours.
  2. Our customer service team will review and approve your return request. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, instruction manuals, and documentation. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item does not meet these requirements.
  3. The customer ships the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will successfully process your refund within 3 business days.

How long does the return process take?

   Once we receive your returned items, the return processing typically takes approximately 3 business days. Upon completion of the return processing, we will send you a confirmation notification via email.

How do I change or cancel an order?

   If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Please be sure to provide your order number and specify the changes you wish to make; we will send you a confirmation notice once the modifications have been completed. Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
